Sankhuwasabha Education Scholarship Foundation (SESF ) has established Makalu Arun Social Trek (MAST) a social Trekking Agency at Khandbari in Sankhuwasabha District , Nepal.
MAST is a government-registered and licensed, TAAN Affiliated, non-profit distributing local social trekking agency promoting community-based trekking program around Makalu Arun Valley, Kan Kanchenjunga area of Nepal.
Through MAST we combine travel adventure with local community. We work with local families, potters, porter guides, local community homestays to ensure that tourism creates long-term, positive impact on them.
With us you trek with a well experienced local porter guide, staying at local tea houses or home stays.
We want every step you take with us should support education, local community income, and sustainable growth. We reinvest our profit into local community development projects.
